We will be celebrating the holidays by learning bartending techniques and how to mix three festive cocktails or mocktails - this interactive cocktail workshop will teach you cocktails that impress!
Collin’s mixology philosophy is to demystify the bar by making cocktails approachable, joyful, creative, and of course tasty.
In this experience, you will learn an apple cranberry negroni, a peppermint brandy eggnog and a cranberry cinnamon whiskey sour.
You'll get hands-on demonstration, sampling of each drink, and of course a Q&A with your personal mixologist.

Cranberry Cocktail Juice
Milk
Grenadine
Soda Water
Mixes
Eggnog
Apple Juice
Lemon Juice*
Lime Juice*
Orange Juice*
* freshly squeezed (if possible)
Misc
Apple (no granny smith)
Cranberries (fresh not dried)
Cinnamon
Sugar
1 egg
Garnish
Cinnamon Sticks (mandatory)
Ground Nutmeg (optional)

THE RECIPIES
APPLE CRANBERRY NEGRONI
Garnish
Apple Peel (no granny smith)
Ingredients
1 oz of your favorite Gin (Mocktail Sub: Ginger Ale)
1 oz Campari (Mocktail Sub: Cranberry Cocktail Juice)
0.75 oz apple juice
Muddled cranberries (dry or fresh)
Ice
Method
Muddle cranberries in vessel
Add all ingredients into vessel
Add ice
Stir 45 seconds to 1 minute
Strain into rocks glass over ice
Peel a piece off your apple, twist it and garnis
PEPPERMINT BRANDY EGGNOG
Preferably shaken - can be stirred but shaking the drink creates froth

Mint leaves
Ingredients
1 oz Brandy (Mocktail Sub: ½ oz Any Milk & ½ oz of Grenadine)
1.5 oz eggnog
Ground candy cane
Muddled mint
Ice
Method
Candy cane and mint leaves into a ziploc bag - break down ingredients
Vigorously smash ingredients inside ziploc bag
Add crushed mixture to vessel
Add ingredients with ice into a vessel for shaking - shake for 30 seconds
Strain into your favorite wine glass
Add garnish of Candy Cane and mint sprig
CRANBERRY CINNAMON WHISKEY SOUR
Beginning of class - make simple syrup so its cooled and ready by the 3rd drink

Cranberries (fresh not dried)
Cinnamon stick (optional)
Orange peel (optional)
Ingredients
Simple Syrup
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
Whisky Sour
1 oz bourbon or whisky (Mocktail Sub: Soda Water)
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz orange juice
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz of cranberry simple syrup
1 eggwhite (optional - if you have a vessel for shaking)
Method
If using eggwhite, shake vigorously for 1.5 minutes
Combine ingredients into a vessel to shake or stir
Strain over ice in tall glass or big wine glass
Add garnish
