Pastry Chef at Open Concept Hospitality

Chef Taylor studied Baking and Pastry Arts at George Brown College, followed by Culinary Chef Skills before deciding to stick to the sweeter things in life. After graduating, she completed her Baker-Pâtissier Red-Seal Certification. In 2015, Chef Taylor moved to Melbourne, Australia where she gained experience at various 5-star hotels and acclaimed one-hatted restaurants. Coming back home to Canada in 2017, she discovered her passion for teaching by managing a culinary school before joining Open Concept Hospitality in the role of Corporate Pastry Chef.
