Amano’s signature Lasagna features layers of Nonna’s tomato sauce layered between fresh handmade pasta. Featuring garlic rapini and house-made focaccia bread slathered in garlic butter and pecorino romano cheese.

Chef Phil’s Vietnamese style marinated short ribs. Make your own lettuce wraps using house-made Kimchi, fresh mint, cucumber, Thai basil finished with some freshly squeezed lime juice.

Uncle Ray’s pays homage to the south with old bay marinated shrimp on a bed of southern style white corn grits. Garnished with brown-sugar cured bacon and hock stock gravy. On the side some braised collard greens with pork hock and hot honey drizzle.

homestyle dishes. The sauce is native to The Bahamas and the method is perfect for achieving mouth-watering, falling-off-the-bone chicken, turkey pork, and seafood in half the time of braising. Served with rice or mashed potatoes.
